Write and negotiate a purchase and sale agreement AKA offer
Relay all necessary documents and nuances of the transaction to my transaction coordinator so I can focus on YOU and negotiating the transaction at every step.
Coordinate all necessary steps after mutual acceptance of your offer (WOO!) while communicating with you consistently throughout the process to reach closing
Work closely with the escrow company to ensure all needed documents are in order and completed in a timely manner
